rezStream Cloud PMS now has a useful feature called default letters. If you often print one particular letter from a contact screen, reservations, and invoices, you will want to use this!
To set your default letters for different screens, first enter the configuration section by selecting it on the left:
In the configuration section, choose 'Letters and Templates'
Select 'Default Letters' in the top right corner
Choose the letter that you want to be the default for each section of your software. (For instance 'Thank you' letters from the contact data screen or 'Confirmation' from the reservation screen)
When you have finished selecting your default letters, click 'Save Settings' in the top right-hand corner.
