What RezStream is Responsible For During Onboarding

  • Processing your order in our automated billing system. You will receive monthly invoices to the email address(s) you’ve provided.
  • Assigning a customer service representative to ensure your onboarding is exceptional.
  • Creating a ticket in our support system to ensure we can monitor the progress of your onboarding and communicate to you back and forth when needed.
  • Contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order to schedule the Go Live date and answer any questions you may have.
    • If you have selected integrated credit card processing with Shift4, they have a 3-6 week lead time. We cannot schedule your Go Live day until Shift4 has completed the setup of your gateway account. Be patient it’s worth it. 
      • The exception to this would be if you are willing to process credit cards outside of the reservation software prior to Shift4 completing the gateway setup. If you would like to learn more about this option, please contact our customer service team.
    • Ensure your go-live date is seamless and without issues. We will also be scheduling a training of the software this same day, unless you have specified otherwise.
