Blank Reports when Printing

If you are trying to print a report and it keeps coming up as blank, you may need to update your web browser to the latest version. These guides explain how to update the more popular browsers:

Google Chrome:



*Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are updated automatically through Windows Updates.

    Chrome can be tricky, so you may need to do this if you are using Chrome:

    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More .
    3. Click Help  About Google Chrome.

    The current version number is the series of numbers beneath the "Google Chrome" heading. Chrome will check for updates when you're on this page.

    Click Relaunch to apply any available update.

    That should fix the report printing issue.
