Glamping Hub uses an iCal integration mechanism to sync rates, availability, and reservations with MyAllocator and rezStream Cloud. It is important to understand that this type of integration is NOT real-time! Instead, rates and availability are only synchronized at certain times of the day based on the channel providing that integration.
At the time of writing, Glamping Hub has set up its system to synchronize the iCals at the following times:
5:00, 8:30, 12:00, 15:30, 19:00, 00:00 (Pacific Time)
Unexpected Side Effects
Because the synchronization only happens at specified times and NOT in real-time, things may not work the way you expect with other channels that do offer real-time synchronization.
For example, if a reservation is booked on Glamping Hub at 5:15 am (Pacific Time), 15 minutes AFTER the 5:00 am (Pacific Time) synch time, that reservation will NOT show up in MyAllocator and rezStream until the next sync time at 8:30 am (Pacific Time) 3 hours and 15 minutes later.
