The following article will get you accustomed to this useful feature that allows you to track interested guests during peak times when your property is fully booked.
The waitlist allows you the ability to track guest contact information as well as specific accommodation needs. If a cancellation occurs when you were completely booked an automatic notification of your waitlist will appear, allowing you to maximize occupancy during your peak periods. Please follow the directions below for an introduction to the waitlist feature.
Make your way to the occupancy map and select the waitlist icon.
Navigate to the arrival date and click the “+” icon to add a guest to the waitlist.
Select an existing guest or add a new one. Enter their arrival and departure dates and any notes related to their request.
The guest is now confirmed on the waitlist to access at a future time if availability opens up.
Any date(s) with a guest on the waitlist will display on the occupancy map. This can be toggled “off” by clicking on the waitlist icon described in Step 1.
