The reservations reports are a collection of reports with light customizability that show current reservation data pulled from the live data in your database.
The reports contain the following data to help with tracking reservation status.
Unit - The name of the unit and the short name (in parenthesis)
Arrival - The arrival date of the reservation.
Departure - The departure date.
Guest - Who the reservation is for.
Guest Status - State of the reservation, for example: checked in/out, no-show, or pending
Notes - Any or all of the following:
Reservation Special Requests
Person Notes
Important Custom Fields and Dates
Important Tags
You have the ability to choose which types of notes appear on the report by changing the settings. The settings you choose are used for all of the different reservations reports.
The Reports
Active
The Active report shows all active reservations for the day chosen. This includes arrivals departures and stayovers.
Arrivals
The Arrivals report shows only reservations that are arriving the day of the report.
Departures
The Departures report shows only reservations that are departing the day of the report.
Stayovers
The Stayovers report shows any reservations that are staying at the property that night but, are not arriving that day.
