Typically, this means adding the RezStream program as an exception to your service. You will need to reference your firewall's help menu to learn more about your firewall. If you are unsure whether or not you have a firewall, please contact support. If your firewall is operating correctly, and you are receiving these errors sporadically, then you should check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to see why you are having connection problems.
