Group Members - Payments & Letters

 

Reservations with multiple unit assignments/group reservations have the ability to be designated through the following steps:

From the Occupancy Map or Reservation page, select 'Add' group members:

Either search for a person in the database or add a new one and enter as many members as necessary. Click 'Done' in the top right.

After the Group Members are added, then within the letter, the Person field should contain a drop-down selection of group members.

Click under the 'To' blank space to include any group member for email.

Once a group member is added, then an attempt to make a payment will have the drop-down option to select any of the included guests.
