Feature Requests, Suggestions, and Contacting Support

Development Team -

If you have a feature request or a suggestion to make for the development of our cloud pms you can now be heard.

In the top right corner of any screen in the cloud pms you will see a question mark in a white circle.



If you click on that question mark you will see a few options to help you. You can look at articles in the knowledge base that are related to the page that you are on, or you can search the knowledge base for other articles by selecting one of the options in the 'Knowledge Base' section.  If you are unable to find the information that you need in our knowledge base, please use the 'Contact Support' feature under the 'Ask Us' section to submit a ticket. 


You can also take advantage of the 'Make a Suggestion' section. If you click on this link you'll be taken to our 'Uservoice' page. Once there you will need to create an account. After you have created your account you will be able to submit suggestions and also view and vote on suggestions that other users have made.


We will use these suggestions that have the most votes in our development process and the features that our users feel are the most important will receive priority in development.
