With regards to VRBO, the rate is going to be derived from the property setup directly within VRBO account portal. rezStream & MyAllocator systems are only syncing availability through the calendar and when the reservation comes through, rates will not be included on the invoices.
Invoices will have to be manually updated to assign the rate.
Updating the existing reservation can be done by selecting the reservation. Under the unit section, select Edit --> Change Rate/Guest Counts.
If there are multiple units, then these same steps will apply for each unit adjustment. 
On the next screen, the rate should appear or the amount can also be manually adjusted. The taxes can also be exempted if necessary.
Ensure the rates and total are correct, and then click 'Save,' which will also update the invoice.
