Gift Certificate Redemptions

Learn how to use the Gift Certificate Redemptions report in rezStream Cloud to review redeemed gift certificates, redemption amounts, related invoices, and reservation details for a selected date range.

 How to Access the Report

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu.


  2. Expand the Gift Certificates section.


  3. Select Gift Certificate Redemptions.


  4. Select your desired Start and End Dates on the right side of the screen.


  5. Click the Preview button.


The Gift Certificate Redemptions report will show the details of all gift certificates redeemed during the selected time period. Select any blue link within the report to open additional details related to the gift certificate, invoice, purchaser, recipient, or reservation. 



Report Columns

  1. Date Redeemed - shows the date the Gift Certificate was redeemed.
  2. GC # - shows the Gift Certificate number. Selecting the GC # allows you to view additional redemption details.
  3. Purchaser - shows the name of the person who originally purchased the Gift Certificate.
  4. Recipient - shows the name of the person who redeemed or received the Gift Certificate.
  5. Date Sold - shows the date the Gift Certificate was originally sold.
  6. Redeemed on Invoice - shows the invoice where the Gift Certificate redemption was applied.
  7. Redeemed on Reservation - shows the reservation associated with the redemption, when applicable.
  8. Redeemed - shows the amount redeemed from the Gift Certificate.

A Total Redemptions section appears at the bottom of the report showing the total number of gift certificate redemptions and the total redeemed amount for the selected time period.

The Gift Certificate Redemptions report can also be printed or exported for additional review, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.
