Creating People Tags

People tags provide a simple way to organize and recognize key guest groups at a glance, allowing staff to quickly identify preferences and priorities and deliver a more personalized experience.

  1. Navigate to Configuration
    1. Go to the Configuration section.
    2. Under the Customization heading, select People Tags.ptags1.jpg
  2. Add a New Tag

    1. Click the Add a New Tag button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Define Your Tag
    1. Name: Enter the tag name (e.g., VIP).
    2. Automatic Trigger: Enable the "Repeat Guest" feature. See link: Repeat Guest Auto Tag
      1. Color: Choose a color to make the tag stand out (e.g., red).

      2. Flag as Important: Enable this option if you want the tag to be highlighted.

      3. Click Save.
