How do I run a Revenue by Unit Comparison Report?

To use rezStream Cloud reports to compare the revenue during any two given periods we'll need to run two individual reports.

First, we will have to select the Unit Revenue by Unit report from the Revenue Reports section.

1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu.
   
   
   
2. In the Reports menu, click the Revenue section to expand the available report options.
   
   
   
3. From the expanded list of Revenue reports, select Unit Revenue by Unit, which is the last report in the list.
   
   
   
4. Then we will select the first period, for example, the year 2025. As seen in the image below, we can select the start and end dates for the report. Then we just need to generate the report and print or export it.
   
   
   
5. Next, we will simply repeat the process but we will just change the dates to a different year, and print or export the report. For this example, we could run reports for 2024 and 2025. Now we have the information we need to compare the revenue for two years!
