View Reservation Notes
- Select the reservation you want to review.

Click the gray suitcase icon and select View Reservation.
Reservation notes are displayed on the right side of the reservation:
- Special Requests: Guest-facing information that can appear on invoices or registration cards.
- Private Notes: Internal notes that are visible to staff only.
View Guest Notes
You can also view notes associated with an individual guest:

From the reservation, locate the Group Members section.

Select the guest you want to review.

Click View Person.

The guest’s notes are displayed in the Notes section of their profile.
