To sell a Point-of-Sale item to a walk-in customer (someone without a reservation), click the green New button near the top left of the screen and select Retail POS Invoice (Legacy) from the menu.
Next, select the POS items to the invoice and fill out the necessary fields.
Click Save
The invoice for the walk-in customer has been created successfully.
