Check In a Guest from the Occupancy Map

  1. Select the reservation. Details are displayed on the right-hand side of the page. 

  2. Select the Check In button to check the guest in.

  3. When the Occupancy Map is colored by In-House Status, the reservation color is automatically updated (blue in the example below).

           
  4. When the Occupancy Map is set to Payment Status, reservation colors reflect payment status, and a checkmark indicates the guest is checked in.
