Make a Reservation From the Occupancy Map

This article explains how to create a reservation directly from the Occupancy Map. 

 

 

     1.  Click on the arrival date cell for that unit.

     2.  Hold your mouse button and drag across to the departure date.

     3.  Release the mouse button once the correct date range is highlighted.


The selection panel displays on the right side. Fill out the following information:

     4.  Confirm dates and unit 

     5.  Choose a Rate (and Package, if applicable).

     6.  Enter the number of guests

     7.  Review the rate, taxes, and total.

     8.  Click Book Now to continue and save the reservation.


     9.  Search for an existing name or add a new name.

Use the following steps to search for a name:

     1.  Type all or part of a name.

     2.  Matching names are displayed. Left click to select a name from the list.

     3.  The Reservation Details page is displayed. Add any appropriate tags or notes and click the Continue button.

     4. Click the Book without Confirmation.

To add a new name, follow the steps below:

     1.  Click the New button.

     2.  Enter the guest's name, company, and source.

    3.   Enter the address and city and then the zip code.

[image]

     4.  Enter a zip code and click the search button. (The city and state fields are automatically populated)

     5.  Add guest’s street address.

     6.  Add an email address and phone number. Click the Save button in the upper right-hand corner.

     7.  The Reservation Details page is displayed. (Add any additional details or notes)

     8.  Select the Continue button.

     9. Select the Book without Confirmation button.

     6.  The Reservation Detail page is displayed.

Reservation is displayed on the Occupancy Map.
