Tagging a Reservation

Reservation tags make it easier to organize, track, and manage your bookings at a glance.

Before you can tag a reservation, you’ll first need to create a reservation tag. Once a tag exists, you can apply it either while creating the reservation or at any time afterward.
  1. Create a Reservation Tag
    1. Before you can apply a tag, you’ll need to create at least one reservation tag.
  2. Apply a Tag
    1. You can tag a reservation either while creating it or at any time afterward.
    2. Go to the Reservation Detail page.
      1. Use the Tag drop-down menu to select the tag(s) you’d like to apply.restags4
  3. View Tags

    1. Once applied, tags will appear in two places:

      1. On the Reservation Detail page.restags5

      2. As a tag icon on the Occupancy Map.

  4. Manage Tags
    1. To review or update tags on a reservation
    2. Select the reservation to see which tags are applied.
    3. Add new tags or remove existing ones as needed.
