Tagging a Reservation
Reservation tags make it easier to organize, track, and manage your bookings at a glance.
Before you can tag a reservation, you’ll first need to create a reservation tag. Once a tag exists, you can apply it either while creating the reservation or at any time afterward.
- Create a Reservation Tag
- Before you can apply a tag, you’ll need to create at least one reservation tag.
- Apply a Tag
- You can tag a reservation either while creating it or at any time afterward.
- Go to the Reservation Detail page.
- Use the Tag drop-down menu to select the tag(s) you’d like to apply.
- Use the Tag drop-down menu to select the tag(s) you’d like to apply.

View Tags

Once applied, tags will appear in two places:

On the Reservation Detail page.

As a tag icon on the Occupancy Map.

- Manage Tags
- To review or update tags on a reservation
- Select the reservation to see which tags are applied.
- Add new tags or remove existing ones as needed.
