Please follow these steps to update your User Profile. These steps will allow changing your password, security questions, or even update name & email address.
When logged into rezStream Cloud, click on your name in the top right corner and then select Profile.
Select from the profile settings to make the changes that you need.
Best Practice: We recommend that each user have their own individual login instead of sharing a general email address such as "info@yourbusiness.com." Individual user accounts make it easier to manage access, improve security, and provide a clearer audit trail when reviewing changes or account activity.
Note: User accounts in rezStream Cloud are tied to the email address used for login rather than the profile name displayed within the system. If a different employee is later assigned to an existing email address, the profile name can be updated at any time by navigating to Profile > Edit Profile after logging in.
