You will need to get the login information from the property to log into their Cloud Beds account. Once logged in click on the Reservations button at the top, then click on the Export button under the Apply and Clear buttons.
Move all the fields over to the right section by clicking and dragging. Then click on the Export Reservations button.
Click on the Guests button at the top, then click on the Export button.
It will not export any rates or taxes so you will need to manually update each reservation. All reservation notes will be in the Invoice section of the Cloud.
