How to Avoid Entering a Verification Code Every Time You Log in to Your rezStream Cloud Account

To strengthen your account security, rezStream Cloud uses two-step verification (2FA) whenever you log in from an unrecognized device. This additional layer of protection helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.

When accessing rezStream Cloud, you may need to enter a verification code in the following situations:

  • You're logging in from a new device.
  • It's been over a month since your last login.

This extra layer of security helps keep your account safe. To reduce the frequency of verification prompts, follow these steps:

  1. Select "Remember Me" and "Remember This Device"
    When logging into your rezStream Cloud account, make sure to check both the "Remember me" and "Remember this device" options. This will allow your device to be remembered, reducing the need for additional verification prompts.

  2. Ensure Your Updated Password Is Saved
    It's essential to make sure that your new password is saved correctly in your password manager or browser. Sometimes, outdated passwords may still be stored, leading to login issues.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps:

If you continue to experience issues, here are some further steps you can take to avoid entering a verification code each time you log in:

  • Refresh Your Browser
    Hold Ctrl and press F5 to refresh your browser and clear any cached data that might be causing issues.

  • Clear Browser Cookies
    To resolve login issues, clear your browser cookies for "all time" to remove outdated data that might be interfering with the process. Keep in mind that this will require you to complete a full login, including entering your password and verifying your device again. 

  • Update Your Browser

    Ensure you're using the latest version of your browser to avoid any compatibility problems.

  • Check Password Manager Extensions
    If you're using a password manager, make sure its extensions are not disabled, as they can sometimes interfere with the "Remember me" feature.

  • Review Browser Security Settings
    Ensure that cookies are not being blocked or set to expire too quickly, as this could result in repeated verification requests.
