Reconnecting Your VRBO Channel After Disconnection via rezStream Channels
If you’re using rezStream Channels as your channel manager, you may occasionally receive a notification from Channex that your VRBO connection has been disconnected. This usually happens because the username or password for your VRBO account has recently been changed.
When the login details no longer match, rezStream can’t send rates or availability to VRBO. The good news is that you can quickly restore the connection by updating your VRBO credentials in rezStream Cloud.
How to Update VRBO Login Credentials and Reconnect

Navigate to the Integrations tab and click rezStream Channels.

At the top, click the Channels tab.

Locate the VRBO connection, then click the Actions drop-down on the right and select Edit.

On the first tab, scroll down to the Username and Password section and update your VRBO credentials.

Click Test Connection:

If successful, you’ll see a green “Success” message.

If it fails, click Reset Authentication and try again.

Once successful, click Save at the bottom.

Return to the Channels tab.

Next to VRBO, click the Actions drop-down and select Activate.

When the status shows Active, click Actions again and choose Full Sync to resume sending rates and availability to VRBO.
