As a rezStream Channels user, you can easily make a variety of changes to enhance your management experience.
To get started, just click on Integrations → rezStream Channels in rezStream Cloud and check out the following new features:
Settings:
- Email Notifications: You can now customize who receives email notifications whenever a reservation is made, modified, or cancelled.
- Booking Window: Adjust the booking window to better fit your needs (default is 365 days).
- Same Day Booking Window: Set your same-day booking cutoff time, or select "All Day" to keep the booking window open.
- Guest Types: Customize guest types including adults, children, and pets for more tailored guest management.
Units Tab:
- Mapping and Rate Adjustments: Review your unit and rate mappings. If you need to apply rate adjustments at the unit level (by dollar or percentage), please reach out to Support for assistance. Otherwise, rate adjustments can be made at the channel level.
- To map a new channel's room type, click the "+Add New Channel Room Type" button. Then, enter the Title reflecting the OTA unit name, select the Mapped Units and/or Mapped Unit Types, choose the rate plan by clicking the "+Add Rate" button, and press the "Save" button once complete.
Channels Tab:
- Channel Mapping: Map newly connected channels and view your currently mapped channels.
- To connect new channels, click the "+Create" button, select the channel from the "Channel" dropdown, enter your business name in the "Title" field, complete the Connection Settings (fields will vary depending on the channel), and press the "Save" button once complete.
- Channel Rate Adjustments: Modify rates by dollar amount or percentage for all mapped units.
- To make adjustments, select the "Actions" dropdown, click "Edit," go to the "Channel Settings" tab, adjust the "Rate Logic" dropdowns as needed, and press the "Save" button once complete.
