Sending Batch Emails (Beta)

This guide walks you through how to send batch emails using the new Batch Email feature in rezStream.

 Note: This is a Beta feature and must be enabled by rezStream Support before use. 

Accessing and Using the Feature 

  1. Navigate to Reservations.  
  2. Use the available filters to find the reservations you want to email, such as: 
    1. Filter dropdown  
    2. Date range  
    3. Guest name 
  3. From the Reservations list, click Send a Batch of Emails in the upper-right corner.
      
  4. Select the email template, or letter, you want to send.  
  5. Review your reservation lists: 
    1. Included Reservations: Will receive the email  
    2. Excluded Reservations: Will not receive the email  
  6. To move a reservation between lists, either:
    1. Click the minus button, or
    2. Double-click the reservation
  7. Click Preview Emails to preview the email for the first selected reservation. Please note that the email preview is read-only.

  8. Click Send Emails to send the selected template to all reservations in the Included Reservations list. Please note that a maximum of 1,000 emails can be sent per batch.
Template Behavior 
  • Invoice Templates  
    • Emails are sent to each person with an invoice  
      • Multiple recipients per reservation are possible  
    • Person & Reservation Templates  
      • Emails are sent only to the Primary Contact
