Setting the Maximum Capacity

Click on the Configuration tab.

Select Units from the menu.

Choose the unit you want to update.

Scroll to the bottom to find the Guest Amount Setup section.

Maximum Capacity sets the total number of guests allowed for that unit.

The system will never allow more than this number.

You can assign each guest type (e.g., adults, children) up to that total amount.

Adding a Description

Click on the Description tab for the selected unit.

Add any details that may be helpful (e.g., bed configuration, sleeping arrangements, or special restrictions).
Saving Your Changes

After making updates, be sure to click Save at the top of the screen to apply changes.
