Updating Same-Day Booking Cutoff Times via rezStream Channels

rezStream Channels gives you control over the cutoff time for same-day bookings across all of your connected channels. Whether you want to allow bookings later in the evening (e.g., until 9:00 PM) or stop accepting them earlier in the day, this setting lets you choose the cutoff time that works best for your property. 

When updated in rezStream, your chosen cutoff time will automatically apply across all connected OTAs (such as Expedia, VRBO, and Airbnb), ensuring consistency without needing to update each channel individually.

How to View and Update the Same-Day Booking Cutoff

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab.

  2. Select rezStream Channels.

  3. In the top-right corner, click the gear icon.

  4. Go to the Settings tab.

  5. Find the option labeled “Accept same-day bookings until.”

  6. Adjust the cutoff time (e.g., change from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM).

  7. Save your changes.

Notes

  • Updates to this setting will override any cutoff times set in the connected channels.

  • Once updated in rezStream Channels, the new cutoff time will apply across all connected OTAs.

  • You can return to this setting at any time to adjust the cutoff further.
