Adjusting Rates for Connected Channels via rezStream Channels
If you’d like to increase or decrease rates for a connected channel (such as Booking.com), you can do so by creating a channel rate adjustment rule in rezStream Channels. Rate adjustment rules let you control whether the rates sent to an OTA are higher or lower than your standard rates in rezStream Cloud, helping you stay competitive.
How to Create a Rate Adjustment Rule
A rate adjustment rule lets you automatically increase or decrease the rates sent to a specific OTA channel (e.g., Booking.com) by a fixed dollar amount or percentage, without affecting your rezStream Booking Engine rates.
-
Navigate to the Integrations tab.
-
Select rezStream Channels.
-
Near the top, click on the Channels tab.
-
Find the desired channel connection, then click the Actions drop-down on the right and select Edit.
-
Inside the channel editor, click the Channel Settings tab.
-
In the Rate Adjustment field, enter your rule. You can:
-
Increase rates by a percentage (e.g., +10%) or fixed dollar amount (e.g., +$15).
-
Decrease rates by a percentage (e.g., -5%) or fixed dollar amount (e.g., -$10).
-
- When finished, scroll down and click Save.

Notes
- Rate adjustments only apply to the selected OTA channel (e.g., Booking.com). Your rezStream Booking Engine rates remain unchanged.
- You can return to the Channel Settings tab at any time to update or remove a rule.
