Revenue Reports

Learn how to access the Revenue reports in rezStream Cloud to review revenue trends, analyze revenue sources, and track unit, package, and point of sale revenue across your property.

Revenue Reports

Revenue reports help you analyze your revenue and trends by looking at a complete history of your data.

How to Access the Reports

  1. Click the Reports tab in the left navigation menu.


  2. Expand the Revenue section.


  3. You have 8 Revenue reports to choose from:
    • All Revenue by Group
    • All Revenue by Person
    • All Revenue by Type
    • All Revenue Details
    • Package Revenue
    • Point of Sale (POS) Revenue
    • Unit Revenue by Rate Plan
    • Unit Revenue by Unit

Revenue Report Data

The Revenue reports contain the following data to help you see how much revenue you have received. Additional columns may appear depending on the specific Revenue report being viewed, but the fields below are the most common across all Revenue reports:

  • Item - the name of the item or category for the revenue
  • Quantity - the number of items included in the revenue totals
  • Revenue - this is the net revenue or revenue before fees and taxes
  • Fee - fees are separate because some people consider them revenue while others do not
  • Tax - the total tax charged for the revenue
  • Total - this is the gross revenue or revenue plus tax and fees

The Reports

All Revenue by Group

All revenue grouped your way; by Property, Channel, Revenue Account, Source of Contact, Reason for Stay, Rate, Reservation Promo Code, or User.


All Revenue by Person

Revenue grouped by person and then by type, including unit, package, point of sale, and cancel fees.


All Revenue by Type

Revenue grouped by type including unit, package, point of sale, and cancel fees.


All Revenue Details

A detailed report containing all revenue (individual invoice line items) with filtering options available.


Package Revenue

Point of Sale (POS) revenue from package items grouped by package.


Point of Sale (POS) Revenue

All Point of Sale revenue grouped by POS Category or POS Item.


Unit Revenue by Rate Plan

Unit revenue grouped by Rate Plan with drill-downs into Rates and Units.


Unit Revenue by Unit

Unit revenue including occupancy percentage, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).


Revenue reports can also be printed or exported for additional review, reconciliation, and business reporting purposes.
