Managing Housekeeping - Clean/Dirty Mode

The Clean/Dirty mode in rezStream Cloud helps you easily track the cleanliness status of each unit directly from the Occupancy Map.

The Clean/Dirty feature tracks the housekeeping status of each unit as either Clean or Dirty. You can enable or disable it in Occupancy Map Settings > Display Settings. When enabled, the following features become available:

  1. On the Occupancy Map, an icon will appear on each unit indicating its clean or dirty status. Upon hovering over this icon, a label will appear with the words "Clean" or "Dirty" depending on the current status, and clicking/tapping the icon/label will toggle the unit status.

  2. When a reservation is checked out, the unit is automatically set to Dirty and remains Dirty until a user manually marks it Clean.

  3. The Clean/Dirty status of each unit appears on Housekeeping reports, found under the Reporting section:

  4. The Manage Unit Cleanliness button appears on the Occupancy Map toolbar. This dialog lets you view the current cleanliness status and assigned guest for all units, and update the status of individual or multiple units at once.

Three bulk-action buttons are also available: mark units that were occupied last night as Dirty, mark all units Clean, or mark all units Dirty — as shown in the animation below:
