Remapping Rate Plans in rezStream Channels

If you need to update or adjust rate plans for your connected units, you can do so directly in rezStream Channels. This allows you to change existing mappings or add new rate plans as needed.

Step 1: Update Rate Plans in the Units Section

  1. In rezStream Cloud, go to the Integrations tab and select rezStream Channels.

  2. Open the Units section.

  3. Select the Unit Type you want to update.

  4. In the lower section, you can:

    • Change the mapped Rate Plan by selecting a different option.

    • Or click Add Rate to add a new rate plan.

Step 2: Update Rate Plan Mapping in Channels

  1. In rezStream Channels, go to the Channels tab.

  2. To the right of the channel you want to update, click the Actions drop-down and select Edit.

  3. Navigate to the Mapping tab.

  4. Update the rate plan mapping for that channel.

  5. Repeat these steps for each channel where the rate plan mapping applies.

Notes

  • Rate plan updates must be made in both the Units section and the Mapping tab for each channel.

  • Be sure to repeat the mapping process for all applicable channels (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO).

  • Once saved, the updated rate plan mapping will control how rates are sent to the channel.
