How to Edit Guest Details

Guest details can be updated from the People page in rezStream Cloud. From a guest's record, you can manage their contact information, name, important dates, notes, POS items, and contact log entries.

 Edit Guest Details

  1. From the Quick Navigation Pane, click People.

  2. Search for the guest by name and select the appropriate contact to open their guest record.

  3. To update an email address, phone number, or other contact information, click Edit next to Contact Information.
  4. To update the guest's first or last name, click their name at the top of the record.

  5. Make the necessary changes, then click Save.

 Your changes will now be reflected on the guest's record.
