Using the Rate Plan Calendar View

The Calendar View provides a visual way to review your Rate Plan, making it easier to see your rates, seasons, minimum stay requirements, and restrictions throughout the year.

Instead of reviewing each season individually, Calendar View lets you see how your Rate Plan changes across different dates in one place. 

How to Access Calendar View

  1. Log in to rezStream Cloud.

  2. Navigate to Configuration > Rate Plans. 

     

  3. Open the Rate Plan you’d like to review.
  4. Click Calendar View.

What You Can View

The calendar provides an overview of your Rate Plan and its seasons, including:

  • Seasons – See each season and a summary of its settings.
  • Rate Types – Review Nightly and Extended Stay rates.
  • Minimum Stays – See minimum night requirements throughout the year.
  • Closed to Arrival – Quickly identify dates when guest arrivals are not allowed.

This makes it easier to visually identify when seasons begin and end and how your rates and restrictions change throughout the year. 

Printing the Calendar

You can also print the Calendar View, giving you an easy way to review or reference your Rate Plan outside of rezStream Cloud.

Making Changes

Calendar View is currently designed as a display-only view. To make changes to rates, seasons, minimum stays, or restrictions, return to the Rate Plan and update the applicable season.
